Registry Mechanic 8.0 – The Official Review
If you’re reading this review it’s more than likely becaue you’re a bit skeptical about paying for Registry Mechanic 8.0 as you should be. But before I get into that, it’s more important to diagnose rather or not you need a registry cleaner.
If you’re having any of the following problems, you need a registry cleaner right now:
- Your computer starts up slow
- Slug-like internet speed
- Slow running applications
So what exactly is a registry? Every Windows-based computer operating system has a registry section. The registry section stores data such as hardware and software removal, changes in user and computer settings, etc. Everytime theses types of changes take place, your computer sends a message to your registry section letting it know that these changes have taken place.
The bad thing is that, it sends these messages (pings) all the time; even for previous changes months or years ago. So just imagine if you’ve deleted, installed, re-installed, or changed computer settings hundreds of times. Those changes forever force your computer to go through that process of sending a message to itself notifying itself of the change.
It’s confusing enough to try and make sense of this, so just imagine how your computer feels. It gets confused after a while and compensates by running systems slower. It runs systems slower because it has so many processes to make because of all the backed-up garbage in the registry section.
Registry Mechanic 8.0 simply does not work. They add spyware and adware onto your computer and they process registry errors that are false. They also tell you that you have critical problems that really aren’t critical or problems at all. Quite frankly I’m outraged that reputable companies like Cnet are actually reviewing them. I guess when you’ve got deep pockets and a big marketing budget you can get a positive review from anyone.
The only registry cleaner I know of that works is Registry Easy. Registry Easy is ranked and approved by top-notch Virus protection software company McAfee.
There’s some key benefits to Registry Easy that is VERY important to note and they are as follows:
History Records Cleaner:
Cleaning your history is important for many people who want to protect their privacy that may be using a shared computer. Many history removers from internet browsers do not completely erase your history. Registry Easy erases everything completely.
Optimize Your Registry:
One of the biggest problems I used to have with my older model Dell PC is that after a while it started to take forever to get the start menu to pop up once I clicked it. And then, after it finally came up there would be another delay when trying to shut down my computer. Registry Easy has a one-click button function that allows you to click one button to get your computer to speed up when going through any menu option in the start menu.
Safely Repair Problems:
After scanning, Registry Easy will repair all these invalid references that cause system instability, PC errors, constant crashes, general system slowdowns and other PC problems, including but not limited to:
